PRODUCT WARRANTY

1.The Manufacturers warranty is for one year and is non transferable to another individual.

2. Air Fusion Systems warrants to the customer that our system shall be free from defects in both hardware and craftsmanship.

3. Warranty covers only defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product, and does not cover any other problems, including those that arise as a result of improper installation, maintenance or modifications. Warranty will not cover the use of alternative parts or supplies not provided or supported by Air Fusion Systems as well as the operation of the device outside the product's specifications.

4.Warranty will be null and void if generators have been remanufactured, reverse engineered, cut or sawed into, or tampered with in any way.

5. If Air Fusion Systems receives notice (within the One Year warranty) from the customer of any defect in a system, we shall either repair or replace the product, at the discretion of Air Fusion Systems. In the event that we are unable to repair or replace, the defective device, we shall, within a reasonable time after being notified of the defect, refund the purchase price of the product, less shipping.

6. Air Fusion Systems  shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund any product until the customer returns the defective product along with proof of purchase to Air Fusion Systems

8. If you are returning a system for a lack of Production as per our guarantee, Air Fusion Systems will first test the device to determine the efficiency. If the device is simply malfunctioning and can be repaired, Air Fusion Systems will have the option of either repairing the device, send you a new device, or issue a refund. If you notice a reduction in performance, this is not a defect or an indication it is broken. It could simply indicate that the unit may need to be cleaned as per the maintenance schedule provided with your purchase.

9. The expense of all postage or shipping costs from a customer to the Air Fusion Systems shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are not refundable or reimbursed under any circumstances, unless we make an error on your order, in which case we will be responsible for shipping costs.

10. We do not warranty or reimburse you for any modifications done to your vehicle as a result of the installation of our system, nor do we warrant any damage to your vehicle, engine, person(s), or property as a result of direct or indirect use of our system whether installed in a vehicle or not. This is a do it yourself type product and we cannot control nor warranty the cost of installation. If you hire a mechanic or friend to help in the installation, it is at your own risk. Poor quality or sub standard installations are not covered by warranty.

Performance Disclaimer:

Air Fusion Systems efficiency is based on actual test vehicles and our customers testimonials. Results were based on different vehicles which have electronic fuel injection or standard combustion/carburetor engines, gasoline, diesel and propane models. Individual results can vary due to a variety of factors including but not limited to driving habits, altitude, humidity, barometric pressure, outside temperature, vehicle age, and state of vehicle tune, vehicle manufacturer engine tolerances, vehicle modifications, chassis, engine and quality of the installation.

Product Installation:

All Air Fusion Systems products must be properly installed in order to function as designed. It is recommended that a certified vehicle mechanic perform installation. Every effort has been made to provide the customer with a detailed set of installation instructions. These instructions are packed with each unit and must be followed closely to avoid any installation errors that could cause a unit to malfunction and void the warranty. This warranty does not cover non-performance of units improperly installed. The installer is responsible to the customer for his/her installation and for correcting an improper installation.
 
Limitations of Warranty and Liability:

To the extent allowed by local law, Damages to a customer's vehicle is not covered by this warranty. Except for the obligations specifically set forth in this warrant statement, in no event shall Air Fusion Systems  be liable for any damages either direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory and whether advised of the possibility of such damages.
