Conditions of Guarantee

1.     The Air Fusion System Device must be installed in the customers vehicle as per installation instructions provided.

2.     If  the customer is not able to obtain an increase of 15% in miles per gallon or Kms per Litre then Air Fusion Systems is responsible and shall ensure that the customer gets the guaranteed increase of 15% or a refund is granted of the purchase price less shipping.

3.     Once a customer contacts Air Fusion Systems, Air Fusion Systems technical support agents will work with the customer to increase their M.P.G by a minimum of 15%.

4.     If the issue is not resolved through phone communication then a digital image(s) of the installation is required for further examination.

5.     If after examination of the digital images we conclude that we cannot assist you in obtaining a minimum increase 15% in fuel mileage then your money will be refunded less shipping.

6.     The system must be returned in a "like new condition". We will not accept the unit if it's been remanufactured, reverse engineered, cut or sawed into, or tampered with in any way.

7.      BEFORE YOU RETURN PRODUCT, Contact customer service we will email or fax you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. This (RMA) form must be included Inside the returned box, so that we will have all of the information required to refund the unit. For the protection of Air Fusion Systems , we must refuse, and return to sender, any packages that do not display our (RMA) number.

Please be aware that any packages sent by normal Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery, therefore, postal insurance and delivery confirmation service is recommended. Air Fusion Systems cannot be held responsible for loss, or damage of returned items.
